About
Elisa is currently a Clinical Ethics Fellow at Cleveland Clinic. She holds a PhD and MA in Philosophy from Georgetown University and a B.S. in Biology from the University of Portland. She has competed with, coached, and co-coached the Bioethics Bowl teams at both the University of Portland and Georgetown University. While in grad school, she was a Medical Humanities Research Fellow (2021, 2023), taught Bioethics, Research Ethics, and Philosophy of Medicine, and worked as a Research Ethics and Integrity Specialist for the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research. Her primary research interests are in bioethics and social epistemology.
